Founded in 1967, It has been a leader in business transformation for over 50 years, leveraging technology to address a wide range of business needs, from strategy and design to managing operations.The company is committed to unleashing human energy through technology for an inclusive and sustainable future, helping organisations accelerate their transition to a digital and sustainable world.They provide a variety of services, including consulting, technology, professional, and outsourcing services.Job Details:-location : PuneMode Of Work : HybridNotice Period : Immediate JoinersExperience : 8-10 yrsType Of Hire : Contract to HireJOB DESCRIPTION:Architecting, designing and developing IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow) / IBM BPM ( Business Process Management) applications· Fully understanding business needs and requirements· Leading the effort in gathering and understanding requirements and use cases· Exhibiting solution architecture and designing responsibility to deliver solution design within IBM BAW· Driving creation and integration of web services/databases/legacy systems· Designing class structure, data models and application frameworks· Leading and governing software development life cycle (SDLC)· Governing business analysis and requirements gathering tasks performed by Business Analyst and provide support to Business Analyst wherever requiredEssential Skills/Basic Qualifications:· Hands-on software development experience.· Experience in development on IBM BAW / BPM platform, and thorough knowledge about IBM BAW / BPM Class Hierarchy· Experience in implementing various types of integrations using IBM BPM· Hands on experience in Agile methodology, application design and unit testing· Experienced in delivering critical, complex IBM BPM application with numerous modules involvedDesirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:· Client Lifecycle domain knowledge (client Onboarding, maintenance and off-boarding) business analysis and / or technical knowledge preferred· Experience and thorough understanding of business process management (BPM) systems like (IBM BPM v857 and BAW)· Experience with JAVA and related technologies, including relational databases like DB2
