THIS IS A ROLE FOR A FASHION HOUSE BASED IN KOLKATA

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for managing our data ecosystem and ensuring the seamless flow of data for informed decision-making. Leveraging your expertise in Excel, Power Query, and SQL, you will transform data from multiple sources into a common format and maintain data integrity. Your role will be crucial in supporting the development of Power BI dashboards and providing actionable insights to various departments within the Data Transformation:

- Utilize Excel and Power Query to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources.

- Implement data modelling techniques to ensure data consistency and standardization.

2. Data Pipeline Development:

- Design and maintain robust data pipelines to facilitate efficient data processing and management.

- Optimize data workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.

3. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards by providing clean and structured data sets.

4. Troubleshooting:

- Provide support in troubleshooting data-related issues and resolving technical challenges.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and SQL for data transformation and manipulation.

- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
