With transparency and innovation at our core, OffsetGo is committed to addressing climate change and combating rising global temperatures.We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack MERN Developer with strong logical thinking, clean coding practices, and the ability to architect, develop, and deploy scalable applications. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the MERN stack, deployment on Azure, and capable of leveraging AI capabilities to enhance product performance and development efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance application structures.Deploy applications on Microsoft Azure, including CI/CD, environment setup, API management, and server optimization.Write clean, modular, reusable code with proper documentation.Implement APIs, integrate external services, and manage RESTful communication.Solve complex technical problems with strong logical and analytical skills.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, Backend).Leverage AI tools and capabilities to accelerate development, improve automation, and enhance product intelligence.Conduct performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting.Ensure code quality, security best practices, and version control using Git.Required Skills & Qualifications4 years of proven experience as a Full Stack MERN Developer.Strong proficiency in JavaScript and logical problem-solving abilities.Expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.Experience in deploying and managing applications on Azure.Ability to architect backend and frontend systems independently.Experience integrating third-party APIs and microservices.Familiarity with AI tools/frameworks and willingness to integrate AI-driven enhancements.Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JSON, REST APIs.Preferred: Basic knowledge of PHP (Laravel) and MySQL.Excellent debugging, optimization, and communication skills.Preferred Additional CapabilitiesExperience working with Agile/Scrum workflows.Understanding of cloud security, performance monitoring, and scalable system design.Knowledge of automation tools, testing frameworks, and AI-powered development accelerators.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on innovative and scalable tech products.Collaborative and growth-driven work environment.Exposure to modern cloud, AI, and sustainability-driven applications.Chance to work closely with leadership and contribute to impactful solutions.Location: On-site (Gurgaon)Type: Full-TimeExperience: 4 YearsHow to Apply:Interested candidates can send their resume to sushant@offsetgo.earth
