- Lead the technical unit testing and integration testing to ensure that the output from the program works as intended.

- Guide the packaging and deployment of the program code into customer environment.

- Manage third parties involved in the software development lifecycle.

- Lead and motivate the development team to deliver high quality and maintainable code.

- Participate to the customer relationship management at a middle management level.

- Participate in the proposal writing (SOW, PCR.

- Participate in capitalization activities.

- Support the Project Manager and/or lead lessons learned/after action review activities.

Qualifications and Experience:
