Accountabilities

Scope of work

Review :-

• Review of Technology Transfer Dossier received from R&D for completeness and evaluation to define the manufacturing strategies

Process Optimization & Validation :-

• To plan process optimization / scale up / exhibit / process validation / verification / trouble shooting & site transfer batches with in the JGL and from out site to Roorkee plant and thereby to ensure timely execution & completion

Batch Monitoring :-

• Batch working of new coming projects for SU/EB batches as well as indenting of raw materials with respect to batch sizes and equipment’s occupancies with reference to MFC & TTP

Indent Handling :-

• Request to raise indent for toolings, change parts and manufacturing requisite items for SU/EB batches for due approval from stake holders
• Technical Assistance
• Arrange to generate new RM codes for (API/Excipients), toolings and requisite item for SU/EB batches as well as SFG codes for different regulatory markets/ line extension projects based on need basis requirements
• To ensure and follow up with Project Managers, PPC, SCM for procurement and for timely availability of raw material, tooling and change parts at plant of new coming projects

Investigation :-

• To investigate for OOS/OOT, allocated for manufacturing part using different to investigate / fix the root cause
