Position: Senior PLM Consultant

Location: Pune/Nagpur, Maharashtra (Onsite)

Duration: Full time

Experience: 15+ years mandatory

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Teamcenter PLM Application Management Services (AMS) team.
  • Support end-users in troubleshooting PLM system issues related to Teamcenter, AWC.
  • Work on incident management, service requests, and root cause analysis.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade PLM systems.
  • Document technical solutions, standard procedures, and create knowledge base articles.
  • Manage client communication and KPI reporting.
  • Manage ticketing systems for tool support and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide break fix assistance, technical work-around options.
  • Work with business stakeholders, gather requirements and develop technical solutions for enhancements.
  • Perform deployments in Production and Non-Production environments.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, STEM, or equivalent with 8+ years of experience with Teamcenter.
  • Understanding of various PLM processes such as Schedule Management, BOM management, document management and change control areas of a PLM system.
  • At least 8 years of experience in supporting or implementing Siemens Teamcenter and integration with SAP(T4ST)/TcRA/other applications.
  • Experience with AWC customization.
  • Working knowledge in Teamcenter 2-tier/4-tier/Web/Active Workspace architecture.
  • Experience in C/C++, Teamcenter ITK, Teamcenter Style sheets & Transfer modes, Java, PLMXML
  • Experience with leading teams.
  • Experience in cloud platforms, for deploying and scaling Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.
  • Experience in BMIDE configuration, Data Model Changes, AWC customizationm configuring Workflows, etc.
  • Understanding of ALM systems like JIRA and Agile model of deployment for any new changes.
  • Experience with creation of PLM packages and performing deployments with validation followed by sanity checks in environment.
  • Experience with modules like Change management, BOM Management and Schedule Management.
  • Experience with the development and delivering of PLM solutions.
  • Excellent client communication skills, the ability to understand client requirements/processes.

Preferred:

  • Ability to work independently without much supervision.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
  • Experience with the configuration and/or customization of PLM systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An advanced degree is preferred.
