  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with expertise in ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, etc.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including tables, forms, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies used in ServiceNow customization.
