Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support for end-users experiencing issues with Windows 10/11, troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues, and assisting with application installations and configurations.

About the Role

This is a rotational shift position that requires working from our office in Andheri East, Mumbai. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be part of our IT project teams, working together to deliver effective business change plans that enable employees to optimise their use of technology and minimise issues and risks during complex changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and configuration of Windows 10/11 OS
  • Troubleshooting and resolving OS-related issues
  • User support and issue resolution
  • Documentation and reporting
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide remote and on-site support
  • Work with IT project teams to plan and deliver communications campaigns, training, user guidance, service documentation, and other events and materials required to convey an exciting proposition for BSHs IT employee experiences
  • Create high-quality online content on the TechHub Online platform to ensure users can use technology products and services effectively
