SupportFunctional Safety Management (FSM)activities including safety plans, safety cases, and safety validation reports. Validate software safety requirements usingMATLAB/Simulinkmodels (preferred). Lead and mentor cybersecurity team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety/security goals. Participate in internal and externalproject reviews , audits, and assessments. Collaborate with customers and suppliers for requirement analysis, definition, and resolution of safety/security issues. Ensuredevelopment according to ISO 26262 ASIL levels A–D . Efficiently utilize resources to meet project deliverables.Competencies / Skills Required Strong understanding ofISO 26262(Part 3 & 4 preferred) – Functional Safety Concepts and Methods. Hands-on experience withISO 21434andUNECE WP.29compliance. Knowledge ofautomotive systems architectureand embedded software. Experience withTARA, FMEA, FTA, FMEDA, DFA, and safety case creation . Exposure tothreat modeling ,penetration testing , andvulnerability managementprocesses. Stronganalytical and conceptual skills . Excellentproject management and leadershipabilities.
