Job Title : NetSuite Functional Consultant

Job Description :

The NetSuite Functional Consultant will play a critical role in guiding the configuration, implementation, and optimization of NetSuite ERP within our organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the seamless integration of NetSuite into our business processes. This role demands strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and expertise in NetSuite functionalities. Excellent Functional understanding of O2C, P2P and R2R flows

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Design, configure, and implement NetSuite solutions tailored to the organization's needs.

- Lead the system integration process, ensuring seamless data flow between NetSuite and other business systems.

- Provide expertise in NetSuite modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, CRM, and HR.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system integrity and performance.

- Train end-users and create documentation to support NetSuite usage.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to NetSuite functionality.

- Assist in post-implementation support and optimization efforts.

- Stay up-to-date with NetSuite releases and recommend improvements based on new features and best practices.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in NetSuite implementation and support.

- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, Supply Chain, and HR.

- Strong understanding of business processes across various industries.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Proficient in creating workflows, saved searches, and reports within NetSuite.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

- NetSuite certification(s) is a plus.
