Key Responsibilities:

A Store Setup & Configuration:

  • Set up new Shopify stores from scratch, including theme selection, customization, and configuring essential apps and features.
  • Integrate Shopify with third-party tools and software, including payment gateways, marketing automation platforms, and shipping carriers.

B Theme Customization & Development:

  • Customize and modify Shopify themes to meet the branding and functionality needs of the store.
  • Work with Shopify Liquid code, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement complex design features and custom functionalities.

C Store Maintenance & Optimization:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the Shopify store by monitoring uptime, resolving bugs, and addressing performance issues.
  • Optimize the store for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO to improve user experience and drive traffic.

D App Integration & Management:

  • Implement and manage Shopify apps for marketing, inventory, customer service, and reporting.
  • Evaluate, test, and integrate new Shopify apps and tools to improve store performance.

E Product Management:

  • Assist in product uploads, catalog management, and organization of product categories, descriptions, and images.
  • Ensure accurate product data, pricing, and inventory synchronization across multiple channels.

F Customer Experience Improvement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve user experience (UX) and customer journey, increasing conversions and sales.
  • Set up and optimize cart, checkout, and payment options to minimize friction in the buying process.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with Shopify, including store setup, theme development, and app integration.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce best practices, SEO, and UX/UI design principles.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytical tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Shopify’s API and integrating third-party systems is a plus.
  • Prior experience working with other eCommerce platforms is an advantage.
