Founders Office

The Founder's Office is the heart of LH2 Holdings. You will work directly with our founders to support the strategic growth of our portfolio companies. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of digital businesses and play a key role in shaping the future of LH2 Partner with the founders on strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, growth strategies, and business development.

- Conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare presentations to support informed decision-making.

- Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for our portfolio companies.

- Oversee communication and collaboration between LH2 Holdings and our acquired businesses.

- Assist with fundraising activities and investor relations.

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

- Manage the founders' calendars and schedules, ensuring they can focus on high-impact activities.

- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and other documents.

- Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.

- Passion for the digital space and a strong understanding of current trends.

- A "get things done" attitude and a willingness to learn new things.
