Position Overview: We are looking for passionate and eager individuals, including recent graduates, to join our growing Customer Support team. This role is perfect for someone hungry to learn and grow in their career. Even if you don't have prior experience, if you are willing to learn and dedicated to working hard, you can start with a customer support role and grow within the company.Position: Intern, Customer Support Specialist (FRESHERS ONLY with Exceptional Communication skills) Shift: Rotational Shift (including night shifts) Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)Responsibilities: Provide first and second-tier support to users. Handle client queries related to KYC, orders, and application functionality, ensuring smooth client experiences. Conduct outbound calls to guide and support clients, building strong professional relationships. Provide technical assistance on the SaaS platform, including UI navigation and basic troubleshooting. Create, manage, and resolve support tickets for issues arising during client interactions. Troubleshoot and resolve common application issues, while escalating complex cases to the technical team for timely resolution. Deliver exceptional customer support via email and phone. Assist in the daily operations of our SaaS platform. Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers. Monitor, troubleshoot, and learn API and SaaS applications. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective resolution.Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (2023/2024/recent graduates). Strong communication skills in English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling) and familiarity with web applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a target-driven and technically evolving environment. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts). Willingness to learn API, SaaS applications, and troubleshooting.
