We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer/Lead to join our creative team.Responsibilities:User-Centric Design: Lead the conceptualization and creation of user-centric designs for our digital products, ensuring a delightful and intuitive user experience.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end design process, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and align design strategies with business goals.User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions.Wireframing and Prototyping: Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications for web and mobile applications.Visual Design: Develop visually appealing designs, considering brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across all digital platforms.Accessibility and Usability: Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and best practices, enhancing usability for diverse user groups.Design System Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system to streamline the design and development processes.Stay Current: Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design, and advocate for their integration into the design workflow.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in UI/UX design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.4-8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects.Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams.Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Experience in creating design systems and working with component libraries.Solid understanding of front-end development technologies and their impact on design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience:4-8 years of relevant experience in UI UX works.Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.
