Client : MNC ClientMandatory Skills: HRSD ( Human Resourse Service Delivery), Integration ( REST/SOAP, APIs, web services )Key Responsibilities: Develop and configure applications on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus onHRSD modules . Design and implementintegrationsbetween ServiceNow and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, etc.). Customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and other platform features. Support enhancement projects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability. Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Follow best practices for coding, testing, and documentation. Required Skills & Experience: 7+ yearsof hands-on development experience on theServiceNowplatform. Strong knowledge ofHRSD— Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, etc. Proven experience withServiceNow Integrations(REST/SOAP, APIs, web services). Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Good understanding of ServiceNow data models, ACLs, and platform architecture.
