Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Design Head to lead our design team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative design, particularly in a marketing agency environment, and possess hands-on experience with AI tools in design.
- You will be responsible for managing a team of three designers, ensuring that our design language remains consistent and innovative across all our creatives and social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the design team to create visually compelling and brand-consistent content.
- Integrate AI tools into the design workflow, driving efficiency and creativity.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to align design with business goals.
