Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Retail Commerce – Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail Commerce Functional Consultant to join our team.

We focus on Implementation and Deployment of modern applications, continuous Performance Optimization, and future-ready innovations in AI, ML, and security enhancements.

About Role:

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to tackle complex client issues and provide guidance to our team members as they address day-to-day operational challenges for our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
  • Problem-Solving Expertise: As a seasoned consultant, you will excel in problem-solving, offering innovative solutions to various client challenges.
  • Engage throughout the consulting lifecycle, contributing your expertise to different phases. This includes defining problems, proposing solutions, and actively participating in development, configuration, and deployment of comprehensive solutions.
  • Take a lead role in business process consulting, effectively defining problems and creating strategic solutions. Guide project teams, ensuring adherence to project processes and deliverables.
  • Contribute to proposal development, client training, and project scoping, showcasing your expertise in shaping value-adding consulting solutions.
  • Internally, aid in capability building, sharing insights and knowledge to enhance our team's skill set and ensure we stay ahead of the evolving global landscape.
  • You will play a crucial role in mentoring team members, offering guidance and insights to enhance their problem-solving capabilities for our clients.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years implementing Microsoft D365 or earlier versions.
  • 2+ years leading implementation/support teams
  • Module Expertise in Microsoft D365 Commerce/Retail/POS
  • Post-go-live customer support experience.
  • Successfully implementing practical business solutions using industry best practices
  • Has a strong understanding of unified commerce business operations, and experience configuring, deploying, maintaining, and using MS Dynamics 365 Commerce (Retail).
  • Experience of D365 Commerce/Retail implementations and support.
  • Experience of rollouts, deployments, and upgrades.
  • Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS.
  • Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Good presentation and communication skills
