Location: [Bangalore] Website: 🎯 Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across multiple projects. This role demands strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a proactive approach to managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder engagement. The Program Manager will ensure program coherence, drive momentum, and enable the realization of business benefits. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Plan and design program structure, monitor progress, and initiate corrective actions as needed Ensure quality assurance and program integrity, aligning with corporate and technical standards Coordinate interdependent projects and manage interfaces across teams and systems Facilitate team formation and resource allocation across projects Oversee delivery of products/services to meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations Manage third-party contributions and vendor relationships Lead stakeholder communications and engagement strategies Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful program outcomes Maintain a cohesive program environment that supports individual project success 💼 Required Skills & Attributes Proven leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Strong understanding of at least one programming language Familiarity with IoT devices and software platforms Expertise in program planning, monitoring, and control techniques Experience in business case development and approvals Knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, MSP) Proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation Seniority and credibility to advise and influence project teams Strategic problem-solving and risk management capabilities 🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile 8+ years of experience in program or project management roles Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional programs Ability to maintain focus, enthusiasm, and momentum across long-term initiatives Comfortable working full-time on high-impact programs with multiple stakeholders
