Job Title: Purchase ExecutiveExperience: 1 to 3 YearsLocation: Navi MumbaiSalary: ₹3 – 4 LPAJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities efficiently. The role involves sourcing quality materials, negotiating with vendors, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely procurement to support smooth business operations.Key Responsibilities- Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers/vendors for required goods and services. - Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards. - Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments for material requirements. - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement guidelines. - Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure long-term supply chain efficiency.Key Skills & Competencies- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems. - Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.Qualifications- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement/purchasing.
