Job Title: Contract Manager / Purchase & Commercial Manager.Location: Maa Lifestyle.Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in Real Estate / Contracting (Civil Engineering background preferred).Gender: Male / Female.Compensation: Salary as per industry norms.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager / Purchase & Commercial Manager to join our team at Maa Lifestyle.The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in real estate contracting, purchase management, and commercial operations, with a proven track record of handling end-to-end project requirements in the civil engineering and construction sector.Key Draft, review, and manage contracts with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.- Oversee procurement and purchasing activities, ensuring cost efficiency and quality compliance.- Manage commercial negotiations and finalize agreements with stakeholders.- Monitor contract performance, variations, and claims while mitigating risks.- Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams for smooth project execution.- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.- Maintain vendor relationships and develop strong sourcing strategies.- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.Key Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).- 10+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or commercial operations in the real estate/construction industry.- Strong knowledge of contract law, construction practices, and vendor management.- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems related to procurement/contract management.
