Role Summary :

We are looking for a skilled T24 Data Migration Lead with end-to-end experience in core banking migrations using Temenos tools.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing complex data migrations from legacy systems to T24.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead data mapping and migration strategy workshops with clients.

- Coordinate across T24, extraction, reconciliation, and legacy teams.

- Define and manage data migration roadmap, risks, and product strategy.

- Prepare and maintain migration sheets and T24 DM schema definitions.

- Develop scripts and tools (Java/Python) to support load and reconciliation activities.

- Work with DevOps and Temenos Extensibility Framework for migration components.

- Execute trial migrations, dress rehearsals, and manage go-live cutovers.

- Maintain compliance with Agile, JIRA/ALM practices.

Qualifications :

- Degree in IT or Technology-related discipline.

- TLC (Temenos Learning Community) Certification preferred.

- Strong hands-on experience with Temenos DM tools and utilities.

- End-to-end experience in data migrations for core banking projects.

- Familiarity with modules like AA, Core, Customer, GL, Treasury, and Soft Accounting.

- Agile delivery experience and stakeholder management.
