Job Description :


- 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC implementations and configuration, including SAP GRC Access Control (AC), SAP GRC Risk Management (RM), SAP GRC Audit Management (AM), and related modules.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing role-based access control, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Emergency Access Management (EAM) in SAP environments.

- Experience in managing large, complex SAP GRC projects from inception to post-implementation support.

- Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (AC), SAP GRC Risk Management (RM), SAP GRC Audit Management (AM), and SAP Business Role Management (BRM).

- Familiarity with SAP ECC, SAP Fiori, and SAP Identity and Access Management (IAM) integration with GRC.

- Expertise in SoD Analysis, Mitigation Controls, Audit Trails, and compliance management.

- Proficiency in SAP reporting tools, including SAP BW, SAP BusinessObjects, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

- SAP certification in SAP GRC is highly preferred.

- Additional certifications such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or other security-related certifications are beneficial.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex GRC-related issues efficiently.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Proven experience in leading SAP GRC projects, managing project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and participate in all phases of SAP GRC implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.


- Configure and maintain SAP GRC Access Control (AC), Risk Management (RM), Audit Management (AM), and related modules.


- Design and implement role-based access control, Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, and Emergency Access Management (EAM) in SAP environments.


- Manage large, complex SAP GRC projects from inception to post-implementation support.


- Define project scope, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.


- Lead project teams, manage project risks and issues, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.


- Perform SoD analysis, identify and mitigate conflicts of interest.


- Develop and maintain compliance frameworks for various regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR, PCI DSS).


- Conduct regular reviews of access rights and SoD controls to ensure compliance.


- Assist with internal and external audits related to IT controls and GRC processes.


- Manage audit findings, track remediation activities, and ensure timely closure of audit issues.


- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SAP BW, SAP BusinessObjects, and SAP Analytics Cloud to monitor GRC performance and identify areas for improvement.


- Analyze GRC data to identify trends, identify risks, and make data-driven decisions. Integrate SAP GRC with other SAP systems such as ECC, Fiori, and Identity and Access Management (IAM). Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP GRC systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP GRC releases and best practices.
