Penta Consulting is a leading technology service provider and outsourced partner delivering professional and managed solutions across EMEA.We're hiring for a full-time contract role through end of October, with strong potential for extension. This hybrid position is based out of a local office and combines 24/7 Level 2/3 network support with hands-on infrastructure engineering.Responsibilities- Deliver 24/7 support for routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers - Lead incident response, fault resolution, and change management - Execute hardware/software upgrades and lifecycle management - Engineer across OSI layers using protocols like BGP, OSPF, VXLAN - Automate with NETCONF/YANG, Python, Ansible, Terraform - Support zero trust, NAC, and secure access solutionsRequirements- Experience in large-scale network operations (banking/enterprise preferred) - Strong troubleshooting across Cisco and non-Cisco platforms - Skills in virtualization, cloud, automation, and open networking - Willingness to work flexible 24/7 shifts - Certifications (CCNP/CCIE) and scripting skills are a plus
