Job Description – Blue Prism Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Blue Prism Developer with extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the Blue Prism platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and process optimization, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality automation solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient RPA solutions using the Blue Prism platform to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and analyze business processes for RPA suitability.
• Create and maintain Blue Prism process flows, objects, and components in adherence to best practices.
• Perform detailed testing and troubleshooting of automated processes to ensure high reliability and accuracy.
• Monitor and maintain deployed automations, including resolving issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards while designing and deploying automation solutions.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members and support knowledge sharing across teams.
• Stay updated on emerging RPA trends and Blue Prism capabilities to continuously improve automation strategies.

Skillset & Experience Required:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Blue Prism development, including design, deployment, and support of enterprise-level automation solutions.Strong understanding of RPA concepts, architecture, and best practices.
• Understanding Process Studio, Control Room, Scheduling, Work Queues, Change Request, Bug Fixes, and Process Enhancement.
• Proficiency in identifying and analyzing business processes for RPA viability.
• Experience with integrating Blue Prism solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.
• Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to handle process exceptions and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Blue Prism Developer or Solution Designer certification is highly preferred..
