MANAGER EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS (TRAINING)

Empowering the Next Generation of Tech Talent.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic professional with corporate IT experience and a strong background in corporate L&D or soft skills training to lead our EDGE Employability Skills initiative preparing students for high-impact careers in CS/IT.

IDEAL PROFILE:

Education: B.Tech in CS/IT and Masters (or higher) in CS/IT or related 6+ years in CS/IT/Consulting industry.


- 23 years in soft skills training or corporate L&D (preferred).

TRAINING, DELIVERY & Deliver sessions on communication, professionalism, aptitude, GD & PI.


- Facilitate resume reviews, mock interviews, and group discussions.

INDIVIDUAL MENTORING


- 1:1 coaching on interview prep, personal goals, and mindset building.


- Maintain individual Employability Development Plans (IEDPs).

INDUSTRY Coordinate guest lectures, industry mentorships, and mock HR panels.


- Promote hackathons, open-source contributions, and certification pathways.

PLACEMENT SUPPORT & BEYOND


- Prepare students for recruiter-specific interviews.


- Engage with alumni and support early career transitions.
