Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and punctual Delivery Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering orders promptly and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires good communication skills, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities
  • Pick up and deliver orders to customers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the safe handling and transportation of goods.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and management regarding delivery status or issues.
  • Inspect delivery vehicles regularly and report any maintenance issues.
  • Follow all traffic and safety regulations at all times.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record (if driving is required).
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Previous experience in delivery or courier services is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
