We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with over 6 years of experience, specializing in React.js and with proven mobile development (React Native) expertise. The ideal candidate is a seasoned engineer who can lead front-end initiatives, design robust UI architectures, and build scalable web and mobile applications. Familiarity with Angular, Node.js, or TypeScript is a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design & development of responsive web and mobile applications using React.js- Drive UI architecture decisions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability- Build reusable front-end components and libraries- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.- Implement best practices in UI/UX, performance optimization, and cross-platform compatibility- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews- Integrate with RESTful APIs and manage data flows efficiently- Demonstrates accountability and sound decision making to deliver high quality results efficiently.Must-Have Qualifications : - Bachelors degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent technical qualification.- 6+ years of hands-on front-end development experience- Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js- Mobile development experience (React Native, Flutter, or other hybrid frameworks)- Solid skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflowsNice-to-Have Skills : - Experience with Angular- Backend exposure with Node.js (Express.js)- Experienced with modern web development tools and frameworks - tRPC, Prisma ORM, Turborepo, and Docker.- Knowledge of UI frameworks (e.g., Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Ant Design)- Understanding of testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (ref:hirist.tech)
