We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of complex engineering projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver projects within budget, schedule, and quality parameters.

Responsibilities :

Project Leadership :

- Drive all project phases, including basic engineering, FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup.

- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Manage project changes effectively, ensuring minimal impact on project objectives.

- Conduct regular project reviews and communicate status to management and clients.

Business Development :

- Develop project proposals, clearly defining the scope of work and ensuring team alignment.

- Participate in proposal and project kickoff meetings.

- Maintain a strategic focus on the project, balancing immediate needs with long-term company goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Team Management :

- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and development.

- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance.

- Resolve team conflicts and ensure effective communication.

Financial Management :

- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and revenue.

- Optimize resource utilization to achieve project objectives within budget constraints.

- Prepare accurate and timely project financial reports.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field).

- 12+ years of experience in project engineering and management.

- Proven track record in delivering complex engineering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in the [specific industry] sector.

- PMP or other relevant project management certifications.

Additional Information :
