Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Revenue Manager at Hostie.The person will be responsible for revenue targets, lead generation, sales, marketing, and customer relations.This role involves managing sales strategies, cultivating customer relationships, and promoting Hostie's unique travel homes in Gurugram. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and sales targetsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generationCultivate relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers to generate repeat business and referralsConduct site tours and presentations to showcase banquet and event facilities, highlighting features and amenitiesCollaborate with the operations and culinary team to create customized event proposals and packages tailored to clients' needs and budgetsNegotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policiesResponsible for building and updating existing and prospective clients database.Ensuring the existing clients are retained and developing business new sectors /new territories in assigned geography.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Participate in networking events, and industry associations to promote the company venues and expand the client base.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up Qualifications2+years of experience in revenue management / sales, preferably in the hospitality or events industry, with a focus on banquet and event space.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Excellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client events and meetings.Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills Benefits:Competitive Salary and incentivesProfessional development opportunitiesCollaborative and inclusive work environment Working Hours & Days: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, 6 days a week at Sohna Road Gurgaon Interested applicants may drop their resume at or connect @9599115126
