A Solar EPC Head (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Head) oversees the management and execution of solar power projects from design to commissioning. The role involves leadership, project management, and coordination among various teams to ensure the successful implementation of solar energy solutions.


Job Summary:


The Solar EPC Head is responsible for leading and managing the entire lifecycle of solar power projects, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. This role ensures the projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards while complying with safety and environmental regulations. The EPC Head will collaborate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to deliver successful solar power solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Management & Execution - Lead the planning, design, procurement, and construction phases of solar power projects.

Ensure that all projects meet deadlines, budgets, and scope requirements.


Team Leadership & Coordination - Lead, mentor, and manage the EPC team, including project managers, engineers, procurement specialists, and construction managers.


Quality Assurance & Compliance - Ensure that all solar power installations meet industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.


Budget & Financial Management - Develop and manage project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure cost control. Client & Stakeholder Management:


Risk Management - Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.


Performance Monitoring - Track and report on project performance, including schedules, budgets, and technical performance.
