Description :This role is for a highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in the core technical components of Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) and will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of technical solutions across various modules.Key Responsibilities :Data Loading and Integration :- Design, develop, and test complex HDL (HCM Data Loader) Transformation Formulas to support advanced data conversion and integration scenarios, ensuring data integrity and quality during mass data movements.- Manage and execute data loads using HDL for migrating foundational and transactional data into Oracle Fusion HCM.Reporting and Analytics :- Develop and maintain complex inbound and outbound integrations using HCM Extracts, including defining data groups, records, attributes, delivery options, and scheduling.- Create and modify standard and custom reports, dashboards, and analyses using BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) to meet specific business reporting needs.System Logic and Calculations :- Write, test, and debug various types of Fast Formulas (e.g., Compensation, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits) to implement complex business logic and calculations.- Ensure Fast Formulas are optimized for performance and comply with best practices.Data Migration and Conversion :- Lead and execute end-to-end Data Conversions from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and loading using tools like HDL and FBL (Fusion Benefits Loader).- Develop and execute data validation queries and reconciliation reports post-conversion.Security Administration :- Implement and maintain the Oracle Fusion HCM Security Model, including creating and managing Custom Job Roles, Data Roles, Security Profiles (View All, View Own, Custom), and Role Provisioning Rules.- Troubleshoot security issues and ensure adherence to company access policies and compliance requirements.General Technical Duties :- Collaborate with Functional Consultants and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust technical specifications and designs.- Perform unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support for all developed solutions.- Provide technical support and resolution for production issues related to technical components.Required Technical Skills & Experience :Expert-level proficiency with the following Oracle Fusion HCM technical tools and concepts :- HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Transformation Formulas (Groovy scripting knowledge is a plus).- HCM Extracts (End-to-end development for complex integrations).- BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI Report Development (SQL, XDM, RTF/eText templates).- Fast Formulas (Minimum of two modules, e.g., Payroll, Benefits).- Fusion HCM Security Model (Roles, Privileges, Security Profiles).- Strong knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL for data analysis and reporting.- Experience in Data Conversions for a full-cycle Fusion HCM implementation.- Familiarity with other integration tools like SFTP, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and SOA/OIC.
