The role will work closely with the global Reconciliation Operations organization and leadership to ensure global process alignment, effective knowledge transfer, and joint ownership of reconciliation goals and standards.This role combines operational excellence, data-driven problem solving, and people leadership, supporting both day-to-day reconciliation activities and advanced analytics includingAI/ML anomaly detection . Job Responsibilities Team & Process Leadership Manage a blended team ofReconciliation Operations AnalystsandReconciliation Data Analystsfocused on transaction-level accuracy, data recovery and ledger control. Works closely with the global Team and leadership to deliver on reconciliation operation goals Oversee T+1/T+3 reconciliation cycles across global payment processors, internal systems, and ledger platforms. Drive SOP compliance and internal control readiness (e.g., SOX), including documentation for audit support. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Engineering, Product Managers, Finance Controllers, Risk, and Compliance teams. Review exception reporting and analysis with accounting. Follow the SOP global recon teams created to ensure alignment on reconciliations and reporting standards. Technical Oversight Strong problem solving and issue investigation skill in production Provide strategic direction fordata automation ,Python/SQL scripting , andBig Data analysisto improve reconciliation coverage and efficiency. Review and guide implementation ofmachine learning modelsfor anomaly detection, failure prediction, and reconciliation intelligence. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience infinancial operations, reconciliation, data analytics , or payments ecosystems 4+ years of experience managing high-performing teams in across-functional environment great team ability to work across multiple offices and time zones in a very diverse setting.
