About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team at techizHub. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge tools, cloud platforms, and AI technologies to design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Vertex AI, Python, and experience working with large-scale data environments. Exposure to Databricks and Google Agent Space will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

Machine Learning & AI Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy ML models using Vertex AI on GCP.

- Implement end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.

- Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability for production use.

Generative AI & Agent-based Solutions :

- Work with Google Agent Space to build, configure, and deploy conversational AI and intelligent agent systems.

- Integrate AI-driven agents into enterprise workflows for automation and enhanced user experiences.

Data Engineering & Processing :

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to acquire, clean, and prepare large datasets.

- Utilize Databricks (if applicable) for distributed data processing, advanced analytics, and machine learning workloads.

Programming & Scripting :

- Write efficient, reusable, and well-documented Python code for data manipulation, model training, and deployment.

- Build APIs and automation scripts to streamline data science workflows.

Collaboration & Business Impact :

- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, cloud platforms, and data technologies.

- Proactively suggest innovative approaches and tools to improve processes and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with GCP Vertex AI for ML model training, deployment, and monitoring.

- Working knowledge of Google Agent Space for AI-driven agent development (secondary but valuable).

- Proficient in Python for data science and ML applications.

- Good understanding of distributed computing and data platforms, with Databricks experience as a plus.

Core Competencies :

- Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.

- Experience with NLP, conversational AI, or generative AI applications is preferred.

- Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

- Understanding of MLOps practices and tools.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Educational Background :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications in GCP, Vertex AI, or Databricks are an added advantage.
