Mandatory Skills Description:

• 7+ years in software testing.
• Knowledge of Financial markets (including products and transaction lifecycles)/BFS Domain
• Working experience in Capital Markets / Trading domain
• Worked in an environment with a structured test process, performing System and System Integration testing.
• Experience in writing Test cases for different phases of testing like System Testing, E2E Testing, UAT testing etc.
• Experience in contributing/writing Test Strategy, Test plan, Test summary etc.
• Proven experience in test design based on in-depth technical and requirements analysis.
• Had exposure to testing at the UI and the API level.
• Experience in writing SQL queries to validate database results & writing and have basic to Mid database skills.
• Worked as part of an agile, cross-functional team.
• Ability to work & solve problems independently and working across multiple projects.
• Delivery focussed demonstrated track record of seeing projects through to completion, whatever challenges arise.
• Strong communication & collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail.
• Exposure to status reporting ex. Create reports on system quality and collect metrics on test cases.
• Demonstrate ongoing commitment to participation in professional development as per organisational policy & procedure.
• Experience using Atlassian tools like JIRA, confluence, bit bucket etc. to create test artefacts.
