Summery: We are seeking a talented and experienced Power Electronics Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and testing power electronics systems, with a focus on high-performance applications in drones, robotics and EV.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop advanced power electronics systems, including ESCs, BLDC motor drivers, and other related components.
  • Conduct simulations and testing to validate designs and ensure compliance with performance and reliability standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power electronics solutions into our products.
  • Optimize existing designs for improved efficiency, thermal management, and reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in power electronics technology and apply them to enhance our products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to power electronics systems.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in designing and developing power electronics systems.
  • Strong knowledge of power electronics components, circuits, and systems, including ESCs and BLDC motor drivers.
  • Proficiency in simulation and design tools such as Matlab Simulink, PSpice, Altium Designer, etc.
  • PCB EMI Simulation, PCB Thermal Simulation, Filter design.
  • Experience with thermal management and reliability testing of power electronics.
  • Strong knowledge of MOSFET and drive circuit & protection circuit. MOSFET switching losses and driving MOSFET half-bridge circuits for motor control.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in the drone, robotics and EV industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IPC2221 is a plus.
