At least 1 year of experience testing end-user facing applications. Conceptual understanding of software development practices and procedures. Experience with REST API testing and performance modelling. Hands-on experience with performance testing tools and techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications Experience with multiple platforms and integrations. ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator. ITIL v3 or v4 certification. Advanced training in agile, product, or software engineering methodologies.
