Key Responsibilities

Instruction and Curriculum:

Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans and course materials. 

Instruct students in foundational subjects like literacy, numeracy, and science. 

Utilize diverse teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles. 

Assessment and Feedback:

Assess and evaluate student work through tests, assignments, and other methods. 

Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their understanding. 

Monitor and record student attendance, grades, and overall performance. 

Classroom Management and Environment:

Create and maintain a safe, positive, and organized learning environment. 

Establish clear expectations for behavior and manage student conduct effectively. 

Promote social skills and help students learn to resolve disputes. 

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicate regularly with parents, carers, and guardians regarding student progress. 

Collaborate with other teachers, educational professionals, and the wider school community. 

Professional Development:

Participate in professional development, training sessions, and meetings. 

Stay updated on the curriculum, best teaching practices, and relevant educational research.

Communication: Effectively convey information to students, parents, and colleagues. 

Patience: Remain calm and supportive when dealing with young children and their diverse needs. 

Organizational Skills: Plan and manage lessons, materials, and classroom activities efficiently.

Creativity: Design engaging and innovative learning experiences for students. 



Requirements
Developing a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children. Employing a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children. Observing each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
