Role Overview:

As a Senior Advisory Consultant, you will be responsible for managing client engagements, leading audit teams, and providing strategic advisory services. You will work closely with clients to identify and address their most critical business issues, leveraging your expertise to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships at the executive level.
  • Lead and mentor audit teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Develop and implement effective internal control systems and procedures.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and thought leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in audit, compliance, or risk management.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Big 4 or similar consulting firm.
  • Advanced degree in business or related field.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
