Required Skills

  • Experience with working with Intune and various Intune components (Group Assignments, proactive remediations, Device Overview, Status Reports)
  • Experience with Intune Feature and Update Rings
  • Experience with packaging applications for Intune
  • Experience troubleshooting individual desktop issues (windows update failures, Application Deployment failures, Device Configuration profile failures, MFA issues, AutoPilot issues)
  • Experience troubleshooting individual desktop issues without step by step official documentation
  • Experience troubleshooting errors using various tools: Bomgar, Intune, event viewer, Remote Desktop Protocol, SCCM, Command Prompt
  • Having the confidence to troubleshoot issues with probing questions
  • Have the ability to initiate some simple research(using peers, knowledge base, or internet search engines) and document findings for troubleshoot individual issues before escalating
  • Have a general understanding of the mechanics of PowerShell, Batch, and Command Line scripting
  • Expertise in Windows 10/11 build and Deep understanding of Windows Operating System
  • Expertise in PowerShell
  • Proficient and experienced Active Directory and CSP policies
  • OS upgrade process as well as Image Life Cycle process with Intune
  • Provide third level OSD management support for custom in-house and industry standard applications where time and quality is of the essence along with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Collaborate across departments to collect the requirement as well as resolve ongoing issues and address root cause analysis during the project phase.
  • Perform application software installation and OSD deployments.
  • Able to create architectural design documents and presentations. Write technical procedures and documentation for applications, operations and policies and procedures.
  • Act as technical liaison between clients, customers, and vendors as required to implement new technologies or bring issues to resolution.
  • Providing reports on problem management activity including status, incident reduction, closed problems, opened problems, opportunities, and breakdowns
  • Continuously performing trend analyses on the volume and nature of incidents and problems in order to provide proactive approach in fixing/avoiding incidents
  • High level understanding of networking principles i.e. VLAN’s, NAT/SNAT
  • High-level understanding of cloud technologies and service-oriented architecture
