Role And Responsibilities :

- Minimum 8 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.

- Experience in implementing ServiceNow and SAMPro.

- Expertise in implementing various ServiceNow modules like ITSM and CSM.

- Understanding of Angular-based client-side and server-side scripts.

- Plan and track the work of teams using an Agile approach.

- Hands-on experience in JavaScript.

- Detailed understanding of ITIL v4 processes.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Good collaboration skills and teamwork ethic.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Good work ethic, ambition, and organization.

- Ability to understand business requirements for ServiceNow.

- Excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management, and problem-solving skills are essential.

- Manage project team and tasks.

- Communicate with business users regarding project progress, status, issues, and risks.

- Manage project timeline and ensure completion within schedule and budget.

- Plan project scope and establish measurable goals.

- Work closely with ServiceNow engagement manager and team members to plan, manage, and deliver releases.

- Attend project governance meetings and scrum meetings.

- Organize project kickoff and process workshops.

- Facilitate activities through training, testing, go-live, and post go-live support.

Candidate Qualifications :


- Certification in ServiceNow Administration is a must.

- Additional certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist or ServiceNow Master Architect are a plus.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow requirements.

- Ability to provide design and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementation.

- Expertise in architecting integrations with ServiceNow using LDAP, Single Sign-on, Mid server, Web-services, Email, and other technologies.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to manage teams effectively.
