Business Strategy Officer 📍 Kolkata | Full-time | 4–8 Years ExperienceAbout the RoleWe are a diversified business group in Kolkata (Ferro Alloys, Trading & upcoming B2B e-commerce) seeking a Business Strategy Officer to work closely with the CEO on strategy, operations, analytics, and cross-functional coordination.Key Responsibilities·        Drive strategic priorities and ensure timely execution.·        Represent the CEO in meetings and track action items.·        Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and business performance.·        Conduct market research and strategic analysis.·        Prepare presentations, proposals, and communication material.·        Coordinate with finance, HR, operations & cross-functional teams.·        Manage CEO’s calendar, communication, and travel.·        Support legal, compliance & taxation documentation.·        Implement automation, CRM/ERP tools & AI-driven enhancements.·        Assist in project management, vendor/client coordination & new ventures.Ideal Candidate Profile·        MBA / PG in Management, Commerce, or Economics (Strategy/Operations preferred).·        Advantage: Law or taxation background; CA / semi-CA preferred.·        4–8 years in CEO Office, strategy coordination, consulting, or senior executive support.·        Exposure to manufacturing/trading/B2B tech preferred.·        Strong skills in Excel, PPT, Google Workspace, CRM/SAP, and AI tools.Skills & Attributes·        Excellent communication and analytical skills.·        High ownership, discipline & confidentiality.·        Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.·        Strong understanding of compliance & legal frameworks.·        Tech-savvy with interest in automation & digital transformation.Compensation & Benefits·        CTC: ₹20–25 LPA·        Health insurance·        Statutory benefits How to Apply📧 sm.hr.kol@gmail.comSubject: Application for Business Strategy Officer#Hiring #BusinessStrategy #ExecutiveAssistant #LeadershipRole#StrategicPlanning #BusinessOperations
