Experience withControl-M utilities and troubleshooting tools . Soft Skills: Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills . Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications BMC Control-M certificationor equivalent formal training. Experience working inlarge-scale enterprise environmentswith complex and critical batch workflows
