Job Overview :


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming and a passion for building efficient, scalable applications. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software that supports key business functions.

Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features


- Identify and resolve software defects and optimize application performance


- Write clean, scalable code following industry best practices


- Develop APIs and integrate with external services and third-party libraries


- Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability


- Perform unit testing and support integration and functional testing


- Document development processes, code changes, and project Requirements :


Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Experience : Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Python development

Technical Skills :


- Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI)


- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integration with back-end services


- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus


- Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks


- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services


- Familiarity with code versioning tools, particularly Git


- Understanding of software design principles and data Skills :


- Exposure to data science libraries and tools (Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, etc.)


- Knowledge of microservices architecture


- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices


- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills


Soft Skills :


- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills


- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment


- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality code


- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic work (ref:hirist.tech)
