Role Purpose :


Responsible for the overall software application development and maintenance strategy, implementation roadmap and line management of the team.

Key Accountabilities :


- Bachelors in Engineering with 8-10 years of experience.

- Experience in leading software development teams Preferred


Experience and Qualification :

- Guide development teams on issues related to the applications design, development, and deployment

- Leads team of developers and guides them in applying best practices in applications development

- Supports software development process and ensures focus on the Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration by the junior members of the team

- Build partnership with stakeholders and guides them on expectations from the software development process

Skills :

- Responsible for development of OAM/System Management/FCAPS for enterprise grade RAN solution and integrating it with third party EMS

- Responsible for design and development of OAM/System Management/FCAPS and its sub-modules

- Responsible for maintenance of the System Management Services

- 8 years of hands-on experience in design, development, and integration of OAM/system management/FCAPS solutions in wireless domain

- Proficiency in programming in C/C++, development, debugging and troubleshooting under Linux environment

- Atleast 4 years of experience with TR069

- Atleast 4 years of experience in the wireless domain

- Experience with TR098/TR181/TR196 data models is desirable

- Experience with NETCONF using Sysrepo/CONFD is desirable
