Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premium jewellery showroom in Citylight, Surat. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in managing a jewellery retail store, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a sales team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall store operations, sales, and customer service
Lead, train, and supervise showroom staff
Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor staff performance
Ensure proper inventory management and visual merchandising
Handle high-value customer interactions with professionalism
Maintain store hygiene, security, and compliance with brand standards
Coordinate with head office for stock, promotions, and reporting
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a jewellery showroom
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of gold, diamond, and precious jewellery preferred
Proficiency in retail software & billing systems
Local candidates preferred or willing to relocate to Surat
