We're Hiring – UAT Specialist (Oracle HCM) | Pune | 5+ Years Experience

We're looking for a UAT Specialist with deep expertise in Oracle HCM to lead and execute User Acceptance Testing for high-impact enterprise projects. This role is hands-on and will require close collaboration with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth go-lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop test plans, schedules, test cases, and scripts based on business & functional requirements
  • Execute UAT & SIT for Oracle HCM configurations/customizations; ensure issue resolution before go-live
  • Track and manage defects using JIRA / HP ALM
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in sprints
  • Communicate UAT progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate UAT documentation (plans, cases, logs, user guides)
  • Analyze test results and identify process improvement opportunities

Mandatory Skills:

  • Oracle HCM UAT & SIT experience
  • Test management tool proficiency (JIRA, HP ALM)
  • Agile/Scrum experience
  • Defect tracking and resolution expertise
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking

Nice-to-Have:

  • Automated testing exposure (Oracle HCM context)
  • ISTQB / CSTE certification
  • User training & support experience
  • SDLC methodology implementation experience
