Location : Chennai/Bangalore/Pune/Vadodara - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable and efficient solutions for quoting, CPQ, and Sales processes using Salesforce technologies.

- Produce well-designed, testable, and high-quality code adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Work independently with Sales and Channels functional teams to prioritize business needs, implement projects, and provide post-go-live support.

- Collaborate effectively with architects, leads, developers, and other team members to gather requirements, develop solutions, manage User Acceptance Testing (UATs), and oversee post-go-live activities.

- Evaluate existing code and develop strategies to reduce technical debt over time, in collaboration with system architects.

- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Opportunity Management to implement new functionalities.

- Maintain and optimize the full lifecycle of Salesforce applications using standard configuration, Apex, Lightning/LWC, APIs, and Force.com applications.

- Participate in developing and improving development practices and coding standards.

- Review and debug existing source code to identify and resolve issues.

- Assist in resolving support requests for existing Salesforce environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience in designing and developing Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on CPQ functionality (specify minimum years of experience in application).

- Expertise in Apex programming language (specify minimum years of experience).

- Proficiency in Lightning/LWC for building user interfaces within Salesforce (specify minimum years of experience).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs and Force.com platform capabilities.

- Experience with standard Salesforce configuration and customization.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile development environment.

- Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) practices.

- Experience with Salesforce testing methodologies.

- Certification in Salesforce (e.g, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I)
