We are seeking enthusiastic engineers to join the team working on systems engineering and MBSE adoption. As an MBSE Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing, analyzing, and managing system models relevant to product lifecycle.


Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive system models using Systems Engineering Tools using SysML, such as Cameo Systems Modeler / IBM Rhapsody / Enterprise Architect, etc
  • Modeling and analysis using engineering tools such as MATLAB / Simulink.
  • Implement and maintain configuration management processes for system models and associated documentation to track changes and facilitate version control.
  • Develop and extend system models using existing requirements, interface documentation, and related design and systems engineering documents
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, project managers, and team members to convey technical concepts, progress, and recommendations related to MBSE activities.
  • Facilitate model reviews and discussions to gather feedback, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.


Technical Skills (Must have):

  • Bachelor’s degree (Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics) with 2 years of experience OR Master’s degree (Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics) with 1 year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Programming / Scripting awareness.


Technical Skills (Good to have):

  • Product Development knowledge.
  • Internship experience.
  • Background with MBSE / PLM / Requirements tools added advantage.


Soft Skills (Must have):

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem solving attitude.
  • Willingness to learn new things.
