We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in Path Mapping, Architecture Build, Java, and Selenium to lead our QA efforts for strategic projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, with a proven track record in leading testing initiatives and developing scalable test architectures.

Position Overview :

As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of automated test solutions for complex projects. You will drive the architectural design of test frameworks, focusing on Path Mapping and Automation using Java and Selenium. Your leadership will ensure that the test architecture is built efficiently, delivering high-quality solutions while adhering to best practices. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall testing process and ensure the success of the project.

Key Responsibilities :

- Path Mapping Expertise : Lead the design and execution of Path Mapping strategies for test automation. Ensure proper handling of test data and workflows in the automation process.

- Test Architecture Build : Design and develop high-performing, maintainable, and scalable test architectures. Lead the creation and implementation of automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.

- Automation Framework Development : Architect and implement automation frameworks with a focus on scalability and reusability. Utilize Java and Selenium WebDriver to create robust and efficient test automation solutions.

- Test Planning & Execution : Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and schedules. Oversee the execution of automated and manual tests, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead a team of testers and junior developers. Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members on test automation best practices and technical skills.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure alignment on testing requirements, project timelines, and deliverables.

- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements in automation and testing frameworks. Propose and implement solutions to optimize test processes, tools, and methodologies.

- Defect Management & Reporting : Track and manage defects from identification to resolution, ensuring that they are logged, communicated, and resolved efficiently.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience : 10+ years of experience in Test Automation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Path Mapping : Strong experience in Path Mapping for test automation, ensuring test data flows and automation paths are mapped accurately for complex systems.

- Architecture Build : Proven expertise in designing and building test architectures, including the ability to handle complex test cases and ensure they are reusable and scalable.

- Java & Selenium : Advanced proficiency in Java and Selenium WebDriver for developing automated test scripts, frameworks, and solutions.

- Automation Framework Design : Hands-on experience designing and implementing robust and scalable automation frameworks from scratch.

- Agile Methodology : Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint-based development and continuous integration pipelines.

- Leadership : Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team of testers and developers to deliver high-quality automation solutions.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving : Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to test automation.

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
