About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring smooth accounting operations, and supporting our finance team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and send accurate quotes and invoices to clients.
  • Follow up with clients for timely payment collection and address related queries.
  • Maintain and update client and vendor ledgers with precision.
  • Assist in payroll management, including calculation and timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Provide support in preparing financial reports and documentation.

As our Accounts Executive, you will be the backbone of our financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Your day-to-day will include:


Accounting Operations:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare journal entries and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Support tax filings, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
  • Provide documentation and information for audits and compliance checks.

Financial Support:

  • Monitor company expenses, ensuring they align with budgets.
  • Identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with teams to support financial planning and decision-making.


What You’ll Bring

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail to maintain accuracy in financial records.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies or challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication to work collaboratively with teams and external stakeholders.
  • Learning Mindset: A passion for continuous improvement and professional growth.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in basic accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills for client and vendor interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel, is mandatory.
